A comprehensive public school district in California, USA, operates 6 middle and high school campuses. Traditional wooden podiums in auditoriums, lecture halls, teaching building lobbies, libraries and admissions reception areas only supported basic speech delivery without digital display, real-time information broadcasting or campus visual presentation functions.

The school district planned a full upgrade of campus digital interactive hardware and launched a global tender for integrated vertical podium LED screens.
